The Chicago Department of Health will bring the vaccine to you and your family and will buy you dinner! Just sign up for the in-home vaccination program and up to 10 people in your household over the age of 12 can receive the vaccine without having to travel anywhere. Each household that participates will also receive a $50 gift certificate for Grubhub. The Pfizer vaccine (2 doses) is available to anyone 12 or over and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (just 1 dose) is available to anyone 18 and up.
