Stop Police Crimes (CPAC) Information
CPAC stands for Civilian Police Accountability Council. Chicago's CPAC ordinance is currently in the public safety committee in Chicago City Council and, if enacted, it will create a democratically-elected Council to oversee the Chicago Police Department.
