Parent Conference Highlights: Remembering Bill Teale

Bill Teale, our former director who passed away, would be very pleased with the effort put forth to share quality children’s books from his and other collections. Juanita Harris worked tirelessly on this initiative for months and was deliberate in preparing the event at the highest service standard. The Bill’s Book Bonanza team planned and secured donations. UIC staff and volunteers set up and served the area during the parent conference. Bill was a team player. I know he would be very proud of the Bill’s Book Bonanza team!
