The Resource Center for Autism & Developmental Delays will conduct contact-free pickup appointments from both center sites, including color copies, lamination, and materials to construct a visual support curriculum.
10 STEP SAFETY PLAN
Cautiously reopening will require all RCADD patrons and staff to adhere to the following steps:
- Schedule a visual support consultation by phone or email
- RCADD will design the agreed-upon visual support curriculum
- RCADD will schedule a time for you to conduct a contact-free pick-upWhen arriving for your contact-free pickup appointment, patrons and staff will commit to the following:
- Only the patron responsible for making the appointment should enter the center
- Face mask that covers nose and mouth; if you do not have a mask, we will provide disposable masks
- Providing hand-sanitizing station
- Follow the visual signage throughout the center regarding hygiene, social distancing & PPE
- No handoff of materials will occur, completed materials or those for printing purposes will be placed in a designated area
- Time spent in the center will be limited to your contact-free pickup or lamination needs
- Currently, the lending library is unable to provide items for check out
- RCADD commits to frequently clean high-touch surfaces and high-traffic common areas
- Prior to leaving home, please self-identify symptoms and stay at home if symptomatic
