The Resource Center for Autism & Developmental Delays will conduct contact-free pickup appointments from both center sites, including color copies, lamination, and materials to construct a visual support curriculum.

10 STEP SAFETY PLAN

Cautiously reopening will require all RCADD patrons and staff to adhere to the following steps:

  1. Schedule a visual support consultation by phone or email
  2. RCADD will design the agreed-upon visual support curriculum
  3. RCADD will schedule a time for you to conduct a contact-free pick-upWhen arriving for your contact-free pickup appointment, patrons and staff will commit to the following:
  4. Only the patron responsible for making the appointment should enter the center
  5. Face mask that covers nose and mouth; if you do not have a mask, we will provide disposable masks
  6. Providing hand-sanitizing station
  7. Follow the visual signage throughout the center regarding hygiene, social distancing & PPE
  8. No handoff of materials will occur, completed materials or those for printing purposes will be placed in a designated area
  9. Time spent in the center will be limited to your contact-free pickup or lamination needs
  10. Currently, the lending library is unable to provide items for check out
  • RCADD commits to frequently clean high-touch surfaces and high-traffic common areas
  • Prior to leaving home, please self-identify symptoms and stay at home if symptomatic
