FEPLN helps to create social networks, strengthen advocacy skills and build case management capacity abilities that are essential skills in improving workplace conditions and mitigate burnout factors. Ultimately, FEPLN works with CEL professionals to strengthen competencies and delivery of quality care for Chicago Early Learning families so that they will be able to achieve their personal and familial and being engaged citizens in their respective communities.
